LED Headlight Bulbs
Pick your socket first: the socket decides which LED headlight bulb fits. Our range covers H1, H4, H7, H11, 9005, 9006 and more, for 12V cars and 24V trucks, with OEM and wholesale supply.
LED headlight bulbs are the biggest lighting category for a reason: drivers replace them often, they compare them closely, and a bulb that does not fit comes straight back. We make the range wide enough to cover the common sockets, and we tell you plainly what each model can and cannot do.

H7 LED headlight bulbs
H7 is a single-beam socket used on many passenger cars. H7 and H11 look alike but do not swap, so check the code on the base before you order.
Shop H7 bulbs →
H11 LED headlight bulbs
H11 is a low-beam and fog-light socket. It looks like H7 but the base is different, so the two do not swap.
Shop H11 bulbs →
H4 LED headlight bulbs
H4 is a dual-beam socket: high and low beam in one bulb, so it needs a bulb designed for two beam positions.
Shop H4 bulbs →
9005 / HB3 LED headlight bulbs
9005, also sold as HB3, is often used for high beam. It does not swap with 9006.

9006 / HB4 LED headlight bulbs
9006, also sold as HB4, is often used for low beam. It does not swap with 9005.

Brightness is not the first number to check
Two bulbs can both say 8000LM and perform very differently. The beam pattern and the cooling decide how that light reaches the road and how long the bulb lasts. Check the beam type and the cooling first, then the lumens.
On this site, lumens and watts are shown as listed in our product catalog, not as a peak figure for a pair.

Beam type
Single-beam or dual-beam socket decides the bulb design.
Cooling
How the bulb sheds heat decides how long it keeps its brightness.
Lumens
Check the number last, as listed in the catalog.
Compare the main series
Figures are for one set (a pair of bulbs), as in our quotation sheets.

LED headlight conversion kits and Canbus

LED, halogen or HID: what really changes
Most buyers ask the same question first: is LED really better than what is already in the car? For light output and lifespan the answer is yes, as long as the bulb is cooled properly and fits the lamp.
| Halogen | HID (xenon) | LED | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light-up | Immediate | Needs a short warm-up | Immediate |
| Fitting | Original bulb | Needs a ballast | Bulb plus driver; may need a Canbus model |
| Where the heat goes | Out of the bulb | Out of the bulb | Back through a heat sink or fan |
| Rated lifespan | Shortest of the three | Medium | Our series are rated 30,000 to 50,000 h |
Colour temperature: 3000K, 4300K or 6000K
Colour temperature is the part of a bulb that people actually see. A higher number looks whiter and bluer; a lower number looks warmer and more yellow.

Cooling decides how long an LED bulb lasts
An LED turns most of its power into light, but the rest becomes heat, and heat is the main enemy of an LED bulb. How a bulb sheds that heat decides how long it keeps its brightness.

Aluminum body with a fan
Y-series lens headlights (aluminum 6063 with oil-retaining fan); S-series cup lenses (temperature control and fan).

Copper pipes
X02 (two copper pipes), X01 (three copper pipes); Y2D, Y3 and Y5 Pro (copper tube).

Copper base plate
S01.
Single-beam and dual-beam sockets
Before you choose a bulb, find out whether the socket is single-beam or dual-beam, because a dual-beam socket needs a different bulb design.
Single beam
Dual beam
How to find your bulb size
The most common reason a bulb is returned is that it was the wrong socket. A minute spent on this step saves the return.

Flicker, warning light or fast flashing: what to do
Most problems with LED bulbs are not defects. They come from a mismatch between the bulb and the car’s electronics, and each one has a simple fix.

- Likely cause
- Wrong polarity or low load
- What to do
- Reverse the plug, or choose a non-polar model such as Z2S
- Likely cause
- The car cannot see the load
- What to do
- Choose a Canbus-ready model (V25, Z2S) or add a decoder
- Likely cause
- Load too low
- What to do
- Add a load resistor or fit an electronic flasher
- Likely cause
- Loose plug or driver connection
- What to do
- Check the connectors on both sides
Rated lifespan by series
Rated lifespan is how long the LED chips are expected to run before they lose a set amount of brightness. It is the number buyers use to compare one bulb with another.

Is it road-legal?
Buyers often ask whether LED bulbs are allowed on the road. The honest answer is that it depends on where you are.
It depends on the country and on the lamp it goes into. Different markets use different rules, such as DOT in the United States and ECE in Europe. Check the rule for your market before you order.
Selected models hold an E-mark approval (ECE R10, electromagnetic compatibility). See the certifications page for what each document covers.

Not sure which bulb your car uses?
If your customer cannot tell which bulb the car uses, do not let the order wait.
Send us the make, model and year of the vehicle and we confirm the socket before you order.

Buying to resell?
The sockets people search for most in the United States are H7 and H11 (about 6,600 searches a month each), 9005 (4,400), then H4 and H1 (2,900 each) and 9006 (2,400). If you build your first order around those six, you cover most of the demand.

US monthly searches by socket
Pick one entry series for price-led customers, one mid-range series for most buyers, and one high-output series for those who want the brightest option. Our V20, V25 and V27B are a natural trio for that.
What a first order can look like
Start with one carton each of H7, H11, 9005 and H4 in the series you pick: 50 sets per carton for most V-series bulbs. That is enough to test with real customers and decide what to reorder.
Why buyers choose TUHO headlight bulbs

You deal with the factory
We make the product in Dongguan, in a 5,000 sqm automated plant with a capacity of more than 5 million units a year. Questions about specifications, changes or timing go to the people who build the product, so you get a direct answer, not a relay.

Checked at every step
Every order passes raw material inspection, an aging test, an extreme-temperature test, a lumen test and a waterproof test, then a full inspection of function, appearance and labeling before packing. Problems are caught in the factory, not by your customers.

A 2-year warranty you can sell on
The headlight bulb series carry a 2-year warranty, and the S-series cup lenses 12 months. That lets you promise your own customers something real and handle any claim through one contact.

Start small, grow when it sells
The minimum order is one carton: 50 sets for most V-series bulbs and 20 sets for the X series. You can test a model in your market before you commit to a larger order.
How ordering works
Ordering is simple and you stay informed at every step.
Send your list
The models or sockets, the quantity for each, your market and any branding you want.
Quotation and advice
We reply with prices by quantity and confirm the right model for each vehicle.
Approve samples and packaging
For custom orders we confirm samples, the box and the labels before production.
Production and shipment
We build, inspect and pack your order, then ship from Dongguan.

Bulk orders and OEM
We support custom logos, color boxes and outer cartons, and can adjust color temperature and sockets for your market. The minimum order is one carton: 50 sets for most V-series bulbs and 20 sets for the X series.
